Day 01: Enter Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest day is free.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way, the Ming Tombs and the Lama Temple. (B+L)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace. Beijing Duck Dinner and Peking Opera are served in the evening. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Beijing/ Shanghai
Visit the Temple of Heaven. Take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. Visit Nanjing Road and the Bund. The Portman Acrobatic Show is served in the evening. (B+L+D)

Day 05: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the TV Tower of Oriental Pearl and the Temple of Jade Buddha. (B+L)

Day 06: Shanghai/ Hangzhou
The morning is free. After lunch take the soft seat train to Hangzhou and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 07: Hangzhou
Visit the West Lake, the Lingyin Temple and the Six Harmonies Pagoda and the Tomb of Yue Fei. (B+L)

Day 08: Hangzhou/ Wuhan
Take flight to Wuhan and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Yellow Crane Tower, the Guiyuan Temple and the Provincial Museum. (B+L)

Day 09: Wuhan/Yichang
Take car to Yichang. Pre-board on the deluxe East King or East Queen (5 star) cruise ships at 15:30. Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam from 17:30 to 19:30. Captain's Welcome Party will start your memorable Yangtze River cruise. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Three Gorges/ Shennong Stream
Pass the Xiling Gorges in the early morning. About 10:30 assemble and disembark at Badong, for a sampan river ride drifting along the Shennong Stream. At 14:00, get offshore and continue the Three Gorges passage. (B+L+D)

Day 11: Shibaozhai
After breakfast at 9:00, the last part of your Yangtze cruise is a morning excursion to Shibaozhai. Back on board and have lunch. The sailing continues to pass through the mountains of Eastern Sichuan. (B+L+D)

Day 12: Chongqing/ Xi'an
After breakfast, relax and pack your bags with leisure. The estimated arrival in Chongqing is 9:30. Our guide will meet you on board and a city tour to Chongqing Museum and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell will be offered. Take flight to Xi'an and transfer to the hotel. Visit the City Wall. The local speciality Dumpling Dinner is served in the evening. (B+L+D)

Day 13: Xi'an
Visit the Terra cotta Warriors Museum, the Provincial History Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The Tang Dynasty Dinner Show is served in the evening. (B+L+D)

Day 14: Xi'an
Visit the joint mausoleum of emperor Gaozong and Wu Zetian, the most famous empress in the Chinese history, Qianling Museum, the Tomb of princess Yongtai and drive back to visit the Great Mosque. (B+L)

Day 15: Xi'an/Lhasa
Take the early morning flight to Lhasa which is 3,600 meters above sea level. Transfer to the hotel. Here, enjoying the lunch and time to acclimatize yourself to the high altitude, later in the afternoon visit a Tibetan family and share tea in their home. (B+L)

Day 16: Lhasa
Visit the Jokhang Temple, the Potala Palace and the Barkhor Bazaar. (B+L)

Day 17: Lhasa
Visit the Norbulingka Park and the Sera Monastery. (B+L)

Day 18: Lhasa
Visit the Drepung Monastery, the Tibetan Traditional Medical Hospital and the Carpet Factory. (B+L)

Day 19: Lhasa/ Guilin
Take flight to Guilin via Chengdu. Transfer to the hotel. Visit the Seven Star Park. (B+D)

Day 20: Guilin/Yangshuo
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 21: Yangshuo/Guilin
We intend to leave the day free. You can find a tiny and enigmatic world with the breathtaking scenery and have a pot of tea in a sidewalk cafe feeling totally relaxed. You can rent a bicycle to visit the Moon Hill and the Big Banian Tree. Transfer back to Guilin by car. (B)

Day 22: Guilin/Exit
Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Fubo Hill. See off.
