Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our professional guide will pick you up at Beijing International Airport and transport you to your hotel. You will then marvel at the treasures of the Summer Palace, the largest imperial garden in the world. Housed in these buildings are an immense collection of treasures and cultural artifacts. For dinner you may eat in the hotel or explore the local restaurants at your leisure.


Day 02: Beijing
Touring in our capital city will begin with strolling across the Tiananmen Square - the largest and most imposing public square in the world. Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will enter the fabled Forbidden City to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you will visit the Temple of Heaven where the emperor, twice each year, would visit to thank the Gods for a good harvest and pray for the new one. To complement a memorable start to your tour, you will have Beijing Duck Dinner at the famous century-old Quan Ju De restaurant followed by a fascinating Peking Opera performance.

Day 03: Beijing

You will follow the Chinese saying "you are not a real human being until you climb up on the great wallˇ± at the Badaling Great Wall of China, more than 2, 500 years old. The wall was constructed to protect China from the savage Northern tribes. The wall construction was initiated in 200 B.C. during the Qin Dynasty and was finished around the 15th century during the Ming Dynasty, which lasted for 10 dynasties. After the Great Wall, you will visit Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs ¨C the burial site of royalty during the Ming Dynasty. It took 10 years from Dingling's discovery develop the site. Entrance to this sacred burial ground is via the Sacred Way, an avenue where large animal statues stand guard.

Day 04: Beijing-Shanghai
You will visit the Lama Temple, the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery in present day China. You will then be transported to the airport for your flight to ShangHai. Our guide will pick you up at Shanghai airport and transport you to your hotel. For dinner you may eat in the hotel or explore the local restaurants at your leisure.

Day 05: Shanghai

You will experience the most modern city of China. At the Shanghai Museum, you will see beauty firsthand. The museum's displays show Chinese art from ceramics to jade to furniture. After experiencing Shanghai's past, you will see Shanghai's future at the TV Tower of Oriental Pearl - the world's third tallest TV tower. The remaining time is set aside for you to enjoy the magnificent views of the City's Old Bund, its European architecture and the Yuyuan Garden. In the evening, you will be treated to a magnificent Portman Acrobatic Show.

Day 06: Departure from Shanghai
Having completed your memorable China tour, today you will be transported to the airport for your flight home.

Lhasa, the capital of China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has a history of more than 1,300 years. It is the political, economic, cultural and transport center of the region. Lhasa covers an area of close to 30,000 square km. It has a downtown of 544 square km and a population of 400,000; 140,000 of its people live in the downtown area. Lhasa is home to the Tibetan, Han, and Hui peoples, as well as many other ethnic groups, but the Tibetan ethnic group makes up 87 percent of the total population.


Lhasa has beautiful scenery. The Lhasa River, known as the "merry blue waves," runs through the snow-covered peaks and gullies of the Nyainqentanglha Mountains, extending 315 km. The river empties into the Yarlung Zangbo River at Quxu, forming a scenic wonder that features blue and white water waves.
The ancient city of Lhasa stands by the Lhasa River. Inside the city towers the Potala Palace. The city features a combination of traditional and modern things, including prayer wheels and computers.


Loated at the bottom of a small basin surrounded by mountains, Lhasa has an elevation of 3,650 meters and sits at 91'06E and 29'36N, the center of the Tibet Plateau. Blessed with flat land and mild weather, Lhasa is free of frigid winters and unbearably hot summers, having an annual average daily temperature of 8 degrees C (43 degrees F). It enjoys 3,000 hours of sunlight annually, much more than all other cities in this regard,giving the city its title of"sunlit city."
Lhasa enjoys an annual precipitation of 500 mm. It rains mainly in July, August and September. The rainy seasons in the summer and fall are the best seasons of the year, when it rains mostly at night, and is sunny in the daytime.
