We will
carry on exhibition project construction for foreign exhibitors, and
provide various services including scheming the whole exhibition, marketing
services, renting exhibition equipments, and so on.
Transport
items for exhibition (we will deputize for following custom procedure
and quarantine procedure of animals and plants for you)
We will deputize
for transporting all the items for exhibition from overseas to China,
following custom procedure and quarantine report of animals and plants,
and offer consulting for transporting, accommodation, and decorating
the exhibition space.
Labor service
We will
provide for exhibitors interpreters, commentators, servants, guards,
technicians, etc.
Travel
We will
offer invitation letter for foreign exhibitors, help handling visa,
take respond for your transportation, and arrange travel in China.
Accommodation
We will provide
accommodation and car services during your stay in Beijing, and book
airline tickets for you.
Communication
We will provide
international telephone and special telephone line services for you.
Renting
We will
rent exhibition facility such as electronic equipments, furniture, flowers,
national flags and so on, accept the delegation from exhibition.
