Day2 Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Bell Tower and the
Wild Goose Pagoda.
The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The Terra-cotta Warriors and
Horses in Xi'an are known as "the Eighth Wonder of the World"
and listed in the World Cultural Heritage List. In March 1974, peasants
in Xiyang Village came across a piece of an earthen figure when digging
a well, leading to the discovery of Pit No.1 in the present Terra-Cotta
Warriors Museum. In the summer of 1976, pits No.2 and 3 were located.
Over 7,000 individual pottery soldiers, horses, chariots and weapons
have been identified in the three pits.
The Big Wild Goose Pagoda: The Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built for
the safekeeping of the scriptures and Buddha's statues brought back
by the famous monk Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty from india. It was
built in the Great Ci'en Monastery of the Tang Dynasty in 652 A.D.
Composing of 7 storeys 64 meters in height, it is of high architectural
art. Above the stone doors at the bottom of the tower, there remain
the exquisite line-etched pictures from the Tang Dynasty. The bottom
of the pagoda resembles a wild goose, hence the name, the Big Wild
Goose Pagoda. This pagoda is the symbol of Xi'an.

to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient
City Wall.

unearthed cultural relics of China.
The Ancient City Wall: An extension of the old Tang Dynasty structure
boasting
the most complete city wall that survives through Chinese long history.
Day 2 Xi'an
Visit
the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Bell Tower and the Wild Goose
Pagoda. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening.
The Tang Dynasty show: The show that presents the palace dances and
sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital.
Day 3
Xi'an
Visit the Hanyang Tomb ,then depart.
